I fell in love with painting in 2021 but war and emigration put our relationship on hold. I could only return to it in 2025, when I joined the online studio RADIOPAINT, where I paint and keep discovering new sides and qualities in myself.
Painting has become deeply therapeutic. After years of drawing repression, dark palettes and working on a screen, I've finally come back to colour and to living materials — oil, watercolour, gouache.
And it feeds my graphic work too: the two nourish each other.
